Rental Inspections
We are licensed rental inspectors for both Baltimore City and Baltimore County. Passing these inspections is required to have your property legally registered as a rental property in most cases.
Lead Paint Inspections
We are accredited through MDE (Maryland Department of the Environment) to conduct the Lead Paint Inspections needed for your rental property.
Apartment / Multifamily Inspections
These inspections are required to acquire or renew your Multifamily Dwelling License with Baltimore City. Generally used for apartment buildings and complexes.
